Large number of people burnt to death as the scoop fuel from fallen tanker in Lagos-Ibadan expressway.

A lot of people were reported to have died from fire outbreak as they scoop fuel from fallen tanker in Kara area of Lagos-Ibadan expressway earlier yesterday 22 June 2016.  The cause of the fall of the petroleum convey vehicle is yet unknown as residents reveals that the driver may have lost control of the vehicles brake then ran into a cliff.



Some of the residents haven seen the fallen tanker incident decided to harvest its content not minding the risk to such barbaric act; they met their end when the tanker suddenly caught fire as many were burnt to death instantly while several sustained severe degree injury of burn.

The incident led to massive traffic congestion as the fire had spread to the other lane of the expressway. No specific number of death roll yet but investigations are ongoing to ascertain the actual cause of the incident.
