why did the CARD reader failed to accredit president jonathern and his wife's card

CONTRARY TO OUR PRIOR UPDATE that the President and his wife had been accredited... you can be authoritatively get it now that they are YET to be accredited because all the four card-readers couldn't work for them while others in the same polling booth got acredited so easily...Y? Nobody can say for now...
